Power of a Theme

We are a wellness facility (including a health center and a healthy eating restaurant) in Greenville, South Carolina.

The theme of our business is “inside-out”, because we believe that life is actually lived from the inside out.  How you feel each day physically, mentally, and emotionally will tend to dictate how your day goes.  We intend to help and teach people to maximize their health and how they feel, based on focusing on the inside first; what you put in your body food-wise, how you educate your mind on health subjects, and how you develop an attitude that makes life worth living.  This, along with an excellent exercise and fitness regimen, is what we need to “do life”!
